Penny Kou was raised and received her education in Malaysia.

Penny has been with Navis for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Navis, Penny was an Office Manager with The Boston Consulting Group in Kuala Lumpur for 7 years. Her main responsibilities involved daily office administration, human resources and other back office support functions.

Penny holds a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from CIMA College and a Higher Diploma in Private Secretaryship from Stamford College.
