Raj Ayadurai is a Partner of Navis and an Investment Committee Member.

Raj joined Navis in 2005. He focuses on Navis’ Malaysia Growth Opportunities Fund, a domestically focused private equity fund sponsored by Ekuinas, an arm of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance. Raj also is involved in certain portfolio companies in India including OCL and ITM.

Prior to joining Navis, Mr. Raj worked at the Boston Consulting Group in a range of client service, research & internal management roles. He began his professional career as a structural engineer and worked for consulting engineering firms in the United States and in Malaysia.

Mr. Raj was raised in Malaysia and received his education in Malaysia & the United States. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a CFA charterholder. He also holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
