Sky Gourmet (”Sky”) is the number two airline caterer in India, with the highest customer satisfaction rating. Initially the company only supplied Jet Airways from their main kitchen in Mumbai, but Sky has subsequently expanded their operations across India to incorporate new airlines including Kingfisher, Air India Express, India Airlines and Malaysia Airlines.
