Nirula’s is the leading indigenous fast food brand in India. The brand is the oldest and largest in India incorporating a diversified group of operations including a chain of business hotels, casual dining restaurants, ice-cream parlors and food processing plants. For historic reasons the company manufactures many of its own products (ketchup, mustard, ice cream, jam, pastries, cheese) largely to ensure quality control, and only sells to consumers through its own outlets. The chain has over 60 outlets operating in five states.
